The final and updated School Form 9 (SF9) for Grades 1 to 12 for School Year 2026–2027 is now available. The files have been finalized and updated by the Department of Education (DepEd) and are ready for use by teachers and class advisers.
The updated SF9 files are aligned with the three-term grading system and are designed to help schools prepare learners’ progress report cards accurately and efficiently. Separate files are provided for Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grades 4–10, and Grades 11–12.
Depending on the grade level, the SF9 includes sections for Term 1, Term 2, and Term 3 grades, Final Grades, General Average, attendance records, remarks or teacher comments, parent or guardian signatures, learner information, and other required report card details. The Grade 1 version also includes the Performance and Competency Evaluation (PACE) Form for monitoring learner competencies.
Teachers and class advisers are advised to use these final and updated DepEd SF9 files and carefully review all learner information, grades, competency ratings, attendance records, and other entries before printing and releasing the report cards.
