The Ready-to-Use School Form 9 (SF9) for Grade 1 for School Year 2026–2027 is now available for teachers. The file is prepared for the three-term school year and may be used by class advisers in recording and reporting the progress of Grade 1 learners.
The Grade 1 SF9 includes sections for learner information, attendance, parent or guardian signatures, term progress, and the Performance and Competency Evaluation (PACE) Form. The PACE Form provides a more detailed record of learner performance in key learning areas such as Reading and Literacy, Language, Mathematics, GMRC, and Makabansa.
Teachers are encouraged to carefully review and complete all required learner information and assessment records before printing and releasing the report card.
