The Ready-to-Use School Form 9 (SF9) for Grade 2 for School Year 2026–2027 is now available for teachers. The file is designed for the three-term grading system and helps class advisers prepare learners’ progress report cards more efficiently.
The Grade 2 SF9 includes sections for learner information, grades for Term 1, Term 2, and Term 3, General Average, attendance records, teacher’s comments, parent or guardian signatures, and transfer information. It also contains built-in class summaries and automated formulas that help organize learner grades and attendance before these are reflected in the individual SF9.
Teachers are advised to carefully check all learner information, grades, attendance data, and other entries before printing and releasing the report cards.
