The Ready-to-Use School Form 9 (SF9) for Grade 3 for School Year 2026–2027 is now available for teachers. Designed for the three-term grading system, the file helps class advisers prepare and organize learners’ progress report cards more conveniently.
The Grade 3 SF9 contains sections for Term 1, Term 2, and Term 3 grades, Final Grades, General Average, attendance records, teacher’s comments or remarks, parent or guardian signatures, and transfer information. It covers the Grade 3 learning areas including Filipino, English, Mathematics, Science, GMRC/Values Education, and Makabansa. The workbook also includes separate term summaries, final grades, and attendance record summaries to help automate information reflected in the individual SF9.
Teachers are advised to carefully review all learner information, grades, attendance records, and other entries before printing and releasing the report cards.
