GRADES 4-10 OFFICIAL SCHOOL FORM 9 | Three-Term Ready (SY 2026-2027)

The Ready-to-Use School Form 9 (SF9) for Grades 4 to 10 for School Year 2026–2027 is now available for teachers. The file is designed for the three-term grading system and can help class advisers prepare learners’ progress report cards in a more organized and efficient manner.

The workbook includes Term 1, Term 2, and Term 3 summaries, Final Grades, Attendance Record Summary, and the individual SF9. It covers learning areas such as Filipino, English, Mathematics, Science, Araling Panlipunan, GMRC/Values Education, EPP/TLE, Music and Arts, and Physical Education and Health. The SF9 also automatically computes final grades and the General Average based on the entered term grades.

Teachers are encouraged to carefully review all learner information, grades, attendance records, and other entries before printing and releasing the report cards.
