Automated School Form 9 (SF9) Three-Term Ready

The Department of Education (DepEd) Automated School Form 9 (SF9) is currently under development and is expected to become available for teachers once the updated file is finalized.

School Form 9, also known as the Learner’s Progress Report Card, is one of the important school forms used to present a learner’s grades, attendance, and other relevant information to parents and guardians. With the implementation of the three-term school calendar for SY 2026–2027, an updated automated version is expected to help teachers prepare report cards using the current assessment and grading setup.

Once completed, the Automated SF9 is expected to be uploaded to the same LS Updates Microsite where the recently updated Electronic Class Records for Grades 2–12 are available. Teachers are therefore encouraged to regularly check the microsite for its official release and download link.
