Automated Test Result with MPS, Mean, SD, and Mastery Level

Teachers can now make the preparation and analysis of examination results easier with this Ready-to-Use Automated Test Result with MPS. The Excel-based file is designed to reduce manual computation by automatically processing learners’ scores and generating important class performance data needed for analyzing assessment results.

Teachers only need to enter the necessary school information, learner names, and test scores. The file automatically computes each learner’s percentage score and corresponding mastery level. It can accommodate up to 50 learners and includes fields for the school, teacher, grade and section, school year, term, number of pupils, and number of test items.

The main Test Result sheet includes learning areas such as Filipino, English, Mathematics, Science, Araling Panlipunan, GMRC, and EPP, while a separate automated sheet is provided for Music and Arts and PE and Health. This makes it easier for teachers to consolidate and analyze examination performance across different learning areas.
