Clear learning objectives form the backbone of effective teaching and learning. They provide direction, establish expectations, and create a shared understanding between teachers and students about what is to be achieved. In classrooms where objectives are explicit and well-communicated, both teaching practices and student efforts become more purposeful. Without clear objectives, learning can become aimless, leaving students uncertain about what they are supposed to master.
