Here is the STEP BY STEP GUIDE on how you can register to eGSISMO portal where you can check your loan records, claim records, pension records, tentative life insurance or retirement claims, and more!
STEP 1. Go to https://egsismo.gsis.gov.ph/ and click Sign Up
STEP 2. Type in your GSIS BP Number and your Date of Birth. Click Confirm.
STEP 3. Make sure your account is protected by adding Security Questions. Click Confirm.
STEP 4. Check your email address and you shall receive an email from eGSISMO containing your Log In Credentials (User ID and Password)
STEP 5. Go back to https://egsismo.gsis.gov.ph/. Log in with the details emailed to you.
STEP 6. You will be asked to change your password. Make sure to remember it.
There you go! You will now be able to access your personal account to check your loan records, claim records, pension records, tentative life insurance or retirement claims, and more!
