The Ready-Made Second Summative Tests for Grades 1–12 are designed to help teachers assess learners’ progress during the Term 1 Instructional Block. These materials cover competencies taught from Weeks 4 to 6 and are aligned with the prescribed Budget of Works.
The tests are available for all key stage levels:
Key Stage 1: Grades 1–3
Key Stage 2: Grades 4–6
Key Stage 3: Grades 7–10
Key Stage 4: Grades 11–12
Assessment items are prepared according to learners’ age, readiness, and expected competencies. They may measure knowledge, understanding, application, problem-solving, critical thinking, and other subject-specific skills.
Teachers are encouraged to review and modify the tests before administration. Items, directions, difficulty levels, illustrations, and answer choices may be adjusted to match the competencies actually taught and the needs of the learners.
Test results may be used to identify mastered skills, learning gaps, and areas requiring remediation or enrichment. These materials are flexible references—not fixed or mandatory examinations—and teachers retain professional discretion over their final content, format, administration, and scoring.
