The orientation in the classrooms is always the tone of the whole academic path. It is not only about introductions but it also makes students know what to expect, what is available, and how to go about their coursework without fear. This has come to my attention, whereby, with orientation also addressing the issue of research planning, such as researching into business dissertation topics at a very early stage, students feel much better equipped. Having a definite and friendly introduction is a difference that makes a huge difference in creating motivation and concentration.
