List of Mandatory School Forms for Checking (SY 2023-2024)

Sir Jonas Diche, LIS Desk Admin, stressed that School Form 9 (SF9) is not included in the mandatory checking of forms by the DCC. The SF9 is a secondary form that is only needed when there are discrepancies in the learners' general average in the SF5 and SF10.

Kailangan nating bigyan ng emphasis na ang SF9 ay hindi kasama sa mandatory checking ng DCC  kaya kailangan nang baguhin ng DCC ang traditional reading na. Hinahanap  pa ang nos. of school days. Pansinin na the only instance na titingnan ang SF9 ay kung may discrepancy ang general ave. ng SF5 at SF10 kaya  kung tallied naman ang mga ito, hindi na kailangan basahin ang SF9. Linaw naman sana nito...mababawasan na ng isang member amg dcc deputized..kaya para mas mabilis matapos ang DCC checking..DO11,2018

Certificates for Appropriate grade level. Take note that SF9 is not included in the primary document or SFs mandatory for checking at the DCC level. SF9 shall only be checked if SF5 and SF10 is not tallied. DO11,2018
