Computation of Year-End Bonus and Cash Gift for DepEd Personnel

The office of the undersecretary of the Department of Education is now preparing to process the Year-End Bonus and Cash Gift of all teaching and non-teaching personnel to be released non earlier than November 15, 2020, in accordance with to DBM Budget Circular 2016-4.

Who are Eligible:

1. Personnel that has rendered at least a total or an aggregate of four (4) months of service from January 1 to October 31 of the current year, and;

Personnel who remains to be in the government service as of October 31 of the same year.

2. Those who have rendered at least four (4) months of service from January 1 of the current year but retired of the same year will be granted the YEB within the month of retirement or separation.

Will receive a prorated share of the Year-End Bonus (based on the monthly basic pay immediately preceding the date of retirement or separation) and Cash Gift of P5,000, depending on their length of service, as follows:
